Thrive Homes (a Rawson Homes company) was established to challenge industry norms and deliver a quick, smart and cost effective option for new homeowners. Seeing the rise in cost-conscious buyers, Thrive Homes knew that to continue to grow and be an industry leader, they had to expand their audience. They looked to CRE8IVE to reimagine their existing brand and align their strategic communication activities.

Our focus was to clearly identify and communicate Thrive Homes’ value proposition; and via a fast-tracked new brand awareness campaign, increase brand awareness and key messages across audiences.

In its first month of launch our ‘The clever choice’ campaign resulted in a significant improvement to brand awareness. Since the launch, the TV commercial has reached over 4.8 million views online.
